Yevhen founded Chyzh Agency in 2011 and has been running search-driven projects across 18+ countries since. He sets the agency POV on AEO and GEO, owns the major client relationships and signs off on the Answerly methodology. Day-to-day he runs the discovery sessions where we decide whether AEO/GEO is the right spend for a client at all — and is comfortable saying no when it isn't.

Dmytro leads the SEO and AEO/GEO practice at Chyzh Agency. He has 12 years inside organic search and now spends most of his week on AI-search readiness — schema engineering, llms.txt strategy, technical SEO at the 1M+ pages scale, and the structural rules that get content cited inside ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. He is the named lead on every Scale and Enterprise engagement and runs the methodology you'll find on the /methodology page.

Head of Marketing
Karina runs the marketing practice at Chyzh Agency — GTM strategy, brand positioning, customer journey mapping, analytics. On Answerly engagements she is the bridge between AEO output and pipeline reality: she makes sure the queries we optimise for are the ones the client's ICP actually asks AI, and she owns the attribution layer that proves AI-driven leads downstream.

Borys runs the commercial side at Chyzh Agency — discovery calls, scoping, contract terms. He has 14 years across B2B sales and is the one you'll talk to first if you fill the contact form. His job on the Answerly side is to figure out fast whether your case fits Starter, Growth, Scale or none of the above — and to tell you when the answer is "not yet" or "wrong vendor for you".

Illya Denysov
Head of Project Management
Illya runs delivery for the agency. On Answerly that means owning the production calendar across simultaneous AEO engagements — content drops, schema deployments, monthly reports, citation tracking — and being the single accountable owner who answers when something is late. Every Scale and Enterprise engagement gets a named PM under his team.

Viktoriia Chumak
Senior SEO
Vika handles the on-page and content side of Answerly engagements — keyword research, query mapping, AEO rewrites of existing pages, internal linking against topical clusters. She is the editor who runs the post-AI human-signal pass on every generated piece (the de-AI guide is hers, in practice) and the person who actually publishes the rewrites you'll see month-on-month in the report.

Yevhen Pavlenko
DevOps & AI Integrations
Yevhen runs the infrastructure side — Docker, Linux, CI/CD, server performance, AI-pipeline integrations. On Answerly engagements he is the one who makes sure llms.txt actually serves correctly, that schema deployments don't get cached weirdly behind Cloudflare, and that the AI-citation tracking pipeline keeps running. He's also the integrator behind the n8n + Claude API content-generation flow that the agency dogfoods on its own site.

Oleh Bielyakov

Oleh runs the paid side — Google Ads, Meta, Bing, performance marketing, GA4 / GTM / Merchant Center plumbing. On Answerly engagements he is the cross-check on AEO performance: paid-search data tells us exactly which queries actually convert, and we use that signal to rank AEO targets so we are not optimising for queries with no commercial intent. He brings the full Google Ads cert stack as of 2026.
