This privacy policy applies to digital-delight.ch and all subdomains. Controller: Chyzh Agency, Kyiv, Ukraine (info@digital-delight.ch).

What we collect

Only data necessary for site operation and contact — name and email when you voluntarily share them via contact form or email. Google Analytics 4 with anonymised IP for traffic. No personalised cookies, no profiling.

Cookie banner and consent

FADP-compliant cookie banner (Swiss Data Protection Act, in force since September 1, 2023). Essential cookies always loaded. Analytics only after explicit consent.

Legal basis

Art. 31 FADP (legitimate interests) for site operation and security. Art. 31(2)(f) FADP (direct marketing) for newsletter. For GDPR subjects: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
